1. Cardio Kickboxing - This workout is great if you have always wanted to try kickboxing (because it doesn't require any equipment!). Got me sweating and was pretty fun too!
3. Boxing - This is a more intense cardio boxing workout, and it really gets the blood flowing!
4. Barre Sculpting - The first time I did this I basically died but this workout strenghtens literally all of your muscles!!!
5. Easy Pilates - If you like Pilates, this is for you! :)
