What You Need
-A balloon (or two if you want an extra strong ball)
-A funnel (or some other way to fill the balloon)
-Rice (or sand/flour if you want a softer stress ball)
What To Do:
1. Place the funnel into the opening of the balloon to make it easier to fill. If you don't have a funnel, you can stretch out the mouth of the balloon and find some other container to pour the rice inside.
2. Fill the balloon with rice! I recommend doing this in small increments... As soon as the balloon is the size you want, stop adding more :)
3. Tie the balloon off with a knot. Make sure that the balloon can still be "squished".. If it can't, you might need to take some rice out!
4. Squeeze away to relieve some stress!
