1. Learning deep breathing/meditation - I had some open space in my schedule this semester, so I actually decided to take a mindfulness class to help with my anxiety. Honestly, this is one of the best classes I have taken in college, just because it actually really helps me focus my energy away from my anxiety and onto being productive. I still have a long way to go with learning meditation, but this class is definitely a great start for me!
2. Finding the right smells - I have still be enjoying the scents I have found (especially the Lemon Essential Oil from Maple Holistics), but I haven't been remembering to use them as much as I'd like.... Hopefully I can start again this month!
